What every Glucas user should know

Glucas is a free program to test the primality of Mersenne numbers. (See Mersenne number.) Its results say us whether a Mersenne number is a prime number. It uses a special recurrence sequence to test the primality. (See Lucas-Lehmer test.)

It is supposed you previously have read the introduction. (See Introduction to Glucas.)

Glucas source and binaries are available from the download area at sourceforge.net.

You can either choose to download a prebuilt binary suitable for your OS/system or build your own binary from the source code.
